On July 11, Hu Wenjin, Director of the R&D Department of CP Foods (Hubei) Co., Ltd., visited the headquarters office of Yafei Seed to conduct in-depth exchanges and discussions with Mr. He Yafei, General Manager of Yafei Seed, on the deep processing of Yafei Lacinato kale.

Per 100g of fresh Lacinato kale contains 152mg of vitamin C (2.5 times that of kiwifruit), 5.26g of plant protein (higher than high-quality milk), 3.61g of 16 essential amino acids for human body, and 299mg of calcium (about 2.5 times that of high-calcium milk).

During the meeting, Hu Wenjin witnessed the amazing process that Lacinato kale turned from dark green to bright green when exposed to boiling water.
