Dual-purpose variety for leaves and flower stalks. 

Dark-green leaves with light wax bloom. 

Broad leaves with heavy wrinkling and excellent taste. 

Semi-erect plant habit; plant height approx. 50 cm, plant spread 60 cm×55 cm.

Upper young leaves can be harvested 45 days after transplanting. 

The harvesting period lasts 2-3 months. Supplement water, fertilizer and various secondary & trace elements during harvest to improve yield and quality. 

Top-prune and remove main heads in January of the following year; flower stalks are generally harvested from February to March.
