On January 12, 2023, Yafei Seed invited Teacher Qiu Wei from Wuhan Hongbo Management Consulting Co., Ltd. to conduct a staff training session themed Empowering Team Growth Through Action Learning. The training aimed to broaden employees’ knowledge, enhance problem-solving capabilities, and build momentum for achieving work goals in the new year.

Action learning refers to a process where a group of people, guided by a coach, work together to solve a prominent problem. On the morning of the 12th, Teacher Qiu adopted a fully guided teaching approach, leading the team to gradually deepen their understanding. He integrated key knowledge points into each session, leaving a deep impression on all participants.

In the afternoon of the same day, under Teacher Qiu’s organization, all employees were divided into three groups to conduct in-depth practice on different challenges using the action learning method. They fully experienced the complete workflow:Raising Problems → Clarifying Problems → Reconstructing Problems → Innovative Solutions → Action Plan → Learning Review → Finalizing Plans.

The entire practical learning session was vibrant and engaging. Everyone spoke actively and thought diligently, fully demonstrating the spirit of Yafei staff: modest in learning, proactive, enthusiastic, and good at thinking.

After a full day of learning and practice, all participants stated that they had gained a great deal and would apply the methods learned to practical work. They also expressed sincere gratitude to the company for arranging this valuable learning opportunity.
